Diksha & Discipleship

"Diksha is sacred transmission. It is not conferred casually."

For most seekers, entry into the Parampara begins with Guru–Dīkṣā or Mahākāl–Dīkṣā (Ujjain), establishing the spiritual foundation before progressing towards Krāmik Śrī Vidyā.

The Journey

SĀDHANA PROGRESSION

"Krama-Based Advancement Within the Parampara"

Krama means ordered unfolding. Just as a seed becomes a tree through natural stages, spiritual refinement develops through structured preparation. When stages are honored, transmission stabilises.

0

Preparation

Stabilising the instrument. Daily discipline and mental steadiness.

1

Foundational Diksha

Mantra discipline, Guru anchoring, and basic ritual structure.

2

Structured Devatā

Ganapati, Bala. Mantra begins to deepen into awareness.

3

Śrī Vidyā Krama

Progressive transmission only after demonstrated steadiness.

4

Integration

Extended Anushṭhāna and continuous refinement in silence.

Criteria for Advancement

  • Consistency of daily Sādhana
  • Observance of Guru-āgya
  • Emotional & Psychological stability
  • Containment of experience

The Role of the Guru

The Guru determines timing. The disciple does not self-initiate. The Guru observes stability and confers advancement accordingly. Krama unfolds under guidance — not self-direction.

"Readiness is recognised — not requested."

The Spirit of Progression

Sādhana is not accumulation of initiations. It is refinement of consciousness. The disciple who advances steadily becomes inwardly quiet, develops clarity, reduces reactivity, and deepens devotion.

The Guru determines appropriateness of format based on readiness.

No modification of instruction

"Transmission strengthens through practice."

06.

Important Principles

Activation

Diksha is not a ceremony; it is activation of the lineage current within the disciple.

Readiness

Readiness determines timing. No initiation is conferred for curiosity or prestige.

Guru-āgya

Guru-āgya governs progression. Obedience and humility create receptivity.

Maryādā

Maryādā protects the practice. Conduct and discipline are the boundaries of transmission.
