Spiritual Responsibility & Personal Accountability
"The Himalayan Siddhashram Guru Parampara functions within the sacred framework of Guru–Śiṣya transmission and disciplined Sādhana. Participation in any form of practice within this Parampara is undertaken voluntarily and with personal responsibility."
1. Spiritual Practice and Personal Responsibility
All mantra, tantra, yantra, and meditative practices are spiritual disciplines intended for inner refinement and alignment with Dharma. Participation is voluntary. Each aspirant remains responsible for their own actions, decisions, and interpretations.
The Parampara provides guidance. The practitioner undertakes the effort.
2. Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Care
Spiritual Sādhana does not replace professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. If you are undergoing treatment for any medical or mental health condition, you are expected to continue appropriate professional care. Spiritual guidance complements but does not substitute clinical treatment.
Brahmanshi’s professional medical practice operates independently from spiritual instruction.
3. Psychological Stability Requirement
Advanced mantra and Tantric practices engage subtle aspects of consciousness. Individuals experiencing:
- • Severe psychological instability
- • Active psychosis
- • Unmanaged trauma
- • Neurological conditions affecting perception
must disclose such conditions during application and seek appropriate professional supervision. The Parampara reserves the right to delay or decline initiation where stability is insufficient.
4. No Guarantee of Experiences or Outcomes
Spiritual experiences, visions, energetic sensations, or material outcomes are not guaranteed. Sādhana is undertaken for disciplined transformation — not for promised results. Progress depends upon sincerity, steadiness, and adherence to instruction.
5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Initiatory mantras, ritual procedures, and specific transmission details are confidential within the Parampara. They may not be:
- — Recorded without permission
- — Publicly shared
- — Taught independently
- — Commercially used
All content on this website remains protected and may not be reproduced without authorization.
6. Voluntary Nature of Participation
Engagement with the Parampara, including application for Diksha, is voluntary. No contractual obligation exists beyond the ethical commitments undertaken by the disciple. Disciples may withdraw respectfully at any time, provided initiatory confidentiality is maintained.
7. No Commercial Claims
This Parampara does not promise wealth, power, success, or supernatural intervention. Spiritual discipline is oriented toward inner refinement and Dharma alignment.
8. Alignment With Law and Ethics
All activities within the Parampara are conducted in accordance with applicable civil laws and ethical standards. Nothing within the teachings encourages illegal, harmful, or unethical behavior.
Closing Statement
